Hi there!
I bought an envy x360 15.6 model HP laptop one month ago.
I faced with a couple of issues such as; battery darning and laud fan sound and strange sound from the inside the laptop. I found the other problems' reason so they might be normal. I also hear a strange noise sound which is hard to explain, but imagine your laptop has CDROM and the optical driver cannot read the disk (like a bird's song like singing :))) we call it squeak noise. The song is not continuous song and it comes when you load a software specially browsers for a couple of minutes somehow longer. I have recorded the song (the link is available in below); however, it might be not clear, but you may hear the bird song in my laptop. I afraid of serious problem in motherboard or fan which both are critical for a computer?
May I ask have you had any similar experience and what is the reason?
Best,
Sound examples:
The sound is continous for about one min , like noise (i.e. sound is like break sound "surrr.. surrr.."). this is when I use browser (firefox).

More clear sound example, when I am installing antivirous (kaspersky). it is somtimes anoying.

@Banhien
Thanks for replying!
As I mentioned My machine is a "HP ENVY x360 Convertible 15-cn1005tx"
Do you need more detail about the product?
The sound is like CDROM is reading a CD/DVD, but not alwayse, it's when I load some softwares such as browser or other heavy programs like coding in R.
It works normal mostly the sound comes for short time like one min.

As a result,
After contact with HP agent and doing a lot of experiments such as, updating BIOS, reinstalling windows, etc.
I noticed that the problem caused from the machine motherboard. It happens when the CPU or GPU wants to suddenly increase the speed of processing (changing the state). However the HP agent told me it is normal that some capacitors on mainboard might make the noise sound, but I still believe this is rare in today's mainboard technology.
I don't know should I ask them to change the mainboard?
