Here is the Maintenance and Service Guide for the laptop: http://h10032.www1.hp.com/ctg/Manual/c05493256
If you look at the section titled "Removal and replacement procedures for Authorized Service Provider parts" there is no mention of the processor. This tells me that it is soldered to the motherboard and can't be upgraded.
