HP OMEN 17-232nf
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My HP Omen 17-w232nf laptop is severely swollen near the trackpad and the touchpad. I read some threads on HP's forum and I'm assuming that the battery has swollen which is a well known dangerous safety hazard (see below in the links) from HP.

I've never seen such thing happening with my previous laptops : a sony VAIO or an ASUS RoG. I hope HP can do something as I was really starting to enjoy the OMEN products but this might be my last HP purchase. This was not an entry level device, I would appreciate if HP could find the appropriate solution to my problem.

Thanks!
