Hi @Gilbertug 

 

That driver is from the BIOS, and is updated by windows update, I note that failure, I in particular do not recommend you to update BIOS by windows update but update directly from the support page, the only thing I can recommend is that you uninstall the firmware and reinitialize your device and then see if the error is no longer there and has update by windows update.

how do I reinitialize the system, and the HP diagnostic tool tells me I have the latest BOIS
