System fan 90b error

Hi, I keep getting the system fan 90B error. With minimal use it begins to over heat within 20-30 minutes. My warranty has expired. My computer is updated and I have used compressed air to clean the computer and nothing worked. Any help or information on how to solve this problem will be appreciated.

Hi,

There are two fans in the system, so does the error give any indication of which one needs replacing?

Left fan (includes cable)       part number 942843-001

Right fan (includes cable)     part number 942842-001

You will need to perform an online search with the part number to find the fans

Example:

On page 35 of service manual, you can see the steps to replace the fans

Hi, my system error does not indicate which fan has a problem. Is there any other way to determine this?
