Replace the hard drive is all you can do. That is a fairly new laptop is it still under warranty?

I should have also asked what country you live in? If US then start an online support case.

Just put the serial number into the dialog box and follow prompts. Serial number can be found by tapping fn + esc or inside batery bay or on bottom of laptop.
