After an update to windows ver. 1803 appeared the famous message asking to update the TPM firmware to a more recent version. I have TPM 1.2 ver. 4.40.
Verifying on the download page of the HP Infineon TPM Security Update did not find a softpaq related to my notebook:
HP Spectre Pro x360 G1 Convertible PC
product number: P4T69EA # ABZ
HP support on the phone told me it was a microsoft problem (!) and to address them; but it seems clear to me that there is the possibility to update the firmware as specified in the Document ID bulletin: c05792935 - HPSBHF03568 rev. 9 - Infineon TPM Security Update. Microsoft obviously told me that it's a manufacturer's problem (https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/help/4096377/windows-10-update-security-processor-tpm-firmware#f...)
I tried to update the bios and now I have version F.51 without solving.
I've read that many users have been able to update, but I can not find the right firmware for me.
have you ideas?
thanks.
best regards
