Hello HP Community,
I am experiencing an issue with the TPM on my HP 15.6 inch Laptop PC (15-fd0000) 13th Gen Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-1355U . Although TPM is enabled in the BIOS, it does not appear in Windows. Here are the details:
- Issue: The Security Devices section is missing in Device Manager, and running tpm.msc shows a message stating, "Compatible TPM cannot be found."
- Steps Taken So Far:
- Verified that TPM is enabled and active in the BIOS.
- Checked for the latest Windows updates and drivers using HP Support Assistant.
- It is there but i cant update becuse of tpm 2.0 issue
- Attempted to initialize TPM in the TPM Management Console, but it is not recognized.
- Confirmed that Secure Boot is enabled in the BIOS.
I would appreciate any advice or guidance from the community to resolve this issue. Has anyone faced similar problems with this model or found a solution?
Thank you in advance for your support!
Best regards, ANAS

Solved: TPM2.0 is activated in Bios but Windows10 does not see it - HP Support Community - 8845492
The setting he is referring to should be the very last one on the Security screen.
