HP Recommended
Product: HP EliteBook 840 G1 Notebook PC
This started from one day to the next, I turned on my notebook normally and when I opened an application, it simply turned off. I went to check if there was something wrong with any component of the notebook and found it on the PCH with 0°C.
I even ended up opening and cleaning the notebook completely and nothing changed, it probably must be a PCH sensor that has a problem and is turning off for safety reasons as I ended up seeing on the internet, but I'm not sure.
The notebook turns off every time it gets hot, when I open games or YouTube to watch videos.
