The HP PC Hardware Diagnostics URFI failed and I was given a failure ID. Do I need a new PC ?

PC has progressively become slower and today Found the failure ID after a hardware diagnostic test overnight that I did not initiate.

@Kfly Do you need a new PC? That depends on what the failure ID is? Please share the 24 character failure code with us, so we can decipher the same and let you know what it represents, also, when was the last time it worked fine? do tell.
