HP 250 G5
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi everyone, first thing: sorry for my English it may be really bad.

In the last month my PC turn off by himself when I used it only with battery (i.e. is not in charge).

This happens when the battery is almost at 30%, I noticed that because when it happens I put it in charge and when is on the Battery is at 35/36%.

Also, I can use normally my PC (HP 250 G5) for some hours, so this happens only with battery is low (30/40% i think)

I also checked the battery and it's ok, swith variuos software (also Diagnostics by HP).

Someone has had the same problem?

Thanks for your preciuos help
