Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi,

The rubber strips on my HP Envy have completely peeled away from the laptop and now my laptop is sliding while I am using it.

The product code for my laptop is 6TD11EA. The laptop still has 8 months warranty left. Is it possible for HP to send me replacement strips? I cannot send the laptop away to be repaired as I use it everyday.

Thanks,

Ronan

Hello @rbyrne,

We cannot speak on behalf of HP Support because we don't work for HP, however, I've seen multiple instances on Reddit where people were able to request replacement rubber feet for HP and they didn't even need to send it off for repair.

Contact HP and ask them explicitly for replacement rubber feet without repair. It should be possible.

Contact HP Worldwide here.

Phone HP Worldwide here.

Check warranty status here.

Find an HP Authorized Service Center near you here.

Best of luck.
