when I turned my laptop on it is stating product information not valid. The following product info programmed into the system board is missing or invalid. Showing System Board(00A) Product name, Product configuration, product serial number, Product number, Product family and System board CT Number. Enter - continue startup For more info, please visit: www.hp.com /go/techcenter.startup. When I hit enter it only go to HP screen and then back to product info not valid

In order to fix this issue your computer system BIOS needs to be tattooed. As we have limited support boundaries in the support community as of now.
