Product: HP Compaq LE2002x
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Right so I was playing a game and randomly a message popped up on the monitor saying theft mode enabled. I tried to do the + and - thing and that didn't work. It's now also in German.This is also a refurbished monitor from a computer charity. Pleas help I just want to play cities skylines
