Spectre X360 Convertible 15-df0xxx
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

 It will not work on X360 Convertible 15-df0xxx. Tried hard reboot but no use. Running Win 10 Pro 1909 but did not work on 1903. Tried pretty much everything that I can find. No joy. Sorry, meant to say can anyone please help?

I understand that you are facing issue with a thunderbolt.

 

I will try to help you out.

 

Please let me know are you able to charge the with a normal charger.

 

Please perform the thunderbolt port test and check.

 

1) Shutdown the computer.  

2) Turn the computer back on again and repeatedly tap on the ESC until a Startup menu appears.  

3) Press F2 once.  

4) Go to the Component test.  

5) From the list, run the thunderbolt port test.

That means there is no hardware issue with the port.

 

Please connect the power charger to the thunderbolt port and let us know. Is it working fine?
