Zbook Studio G3
Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

Hello every one

I have a Zbook G3 and I experienced this https://support.hp.com/us-en/document/c05751713

They send me a new SSD where I install windows and the computer is now able to work properly again. My problem is now to recover my data from the old drive.

I don't know if my drive crashed or if my computer is just not anymore able to read it.

I have two M.2 port on my computer but whenever i put the "old" drive in it, it doesnt start anymore.

I tried to install the plugin with a bootable usb drive as proposed here https://support.hp.com/us-en/drivers/selfservice/swdetails/hp-zbook-studio-g3-mobile-workstation/893... but I always (I tried something like 6 or 7 times) get the error code "0010    NVMe controller shutdown error"

It seems that in the bios it can detect the toshiba drive. Also on the UEFI hardware diagnostic, the memory test and hard drive test succeed -> "passed"

I'm running out of ideas to get my data back.

Is there other ways to install a driver ? (directly through windows for exemple ?)
