Below is the link to the service manual for your notebook.
HP Pavilion Notebook PC Maintenance and Service Guide
Chapter 1 indicates that the maximum memory is 2 x 8 GB.
I can't find any posts where someone has installed more than 16 GB of memory in that model series.
You can run this command to see what Windows indicates:
1. In the search box, search for cmd and click Run as administrator.
This will open the command prompt.
2. Once command prompt is opened, type wmic memphysical get maxcapacityEx and press the enter key.
There, it will show the maximum RAM capacity your PC's motherboard can support.
The capacity is shown as Kilobytes, so you have to convert it to Gigabytes by dividing the number provided in the report by 1,048,576.
If the report returns 33,xxx,xxx then it may be possible to install 2 x 16 GB of memory, but it would be a gamble.

Anytime.
Glad to have been of assistance.
I used the video for about half a dozen of my PC's and it worked on every one of them.
I have one notebook much older than yours where it worked, and that notebook has an Intel 4th gen core processor.
