Product: HP Pavilion x360 Laptop - 14-dh2671cl

In a previous post (https://h30434.www3.hp.com/t5/Notebook-Hardware-and-Upgrade-Questions/Touchpad-Freezing/td-p/8948183), I noted I was having touchpad freezing issues with my HP Pavilion x360 Laptop - 14-dh2671cl. While all of the solutions offered were software-related, none worked. Replacement of the touchpad board was required and seems to have solved the issue. As the laptop was out of warranty, I sourced the part and did the replacement myself - very straightforward to do, price for the part and replacement was <$30. I believe the part number is L51115-001.

 

Hope this helps anyone experiencing the same issue.
