Hello,
My Hp notebook came with pre-installed windows 11, but since the last 3 months after updating the software I am facing this problem of the touchpad not working.
I tried different ways
1) Updating driver
2) uninstalling and then reinstalling the driver
3) Did Hp Hardware Diagnostics UEFI
but nothing worked.
Sometimes the touchpad suddenly started working but most time it didn`t.
Also, in the advanced mouse setting it does not show me the option of device setting and did show which driver is currently installed.
Even in the device manager, it does not show the mouse and pointer option
Can someone please help me
