Example: Pavilion x360 dw0069

Hi, I have just got my hp pavilion x360 dw0069 2 in 1 convertible laptop. I am facing an issue with the touchpad. The touchpad is not very firm and keeps on wobbling. The lower half of the touchpad is loose. The clicks are working fine but while scrolling the touchpad seems to keep moving up and down which is extremely inconvenient. If someone can help with whether it is a known issue with the model or if there is some problem with my system in particular then I would raise a complaint to get the model fixed.

Any lead is greatly appreciated!!

TIA

That is not a known issue.

I would not be happy.

I have asked the Moderator to help put you in touch with warranty service.

I asked the Moderators to help connect you with warranty service.

Hopefully that will happen soon by way of a PM.
