Hello dear HP Community,

 

I am facing a problem with my Webcam the last days, which prevents me from working properly.

In particular, although the light next to camera is ON, when I join meetings (Teams, Zoom etc.) or use other apps that activate camera, only black screen appears.

I tried all the recommended actions that are mentioned in the community such as update driver, uninstall-reinstall driver, restart, give permissions to related apps etc., but nothing changed.

Apart from that, I cannot locate anywhere in the internet the relevant driver to update it manually.

 

Can you please provide me with any advice to resolve this issue?
