Hello Community - I own a HP Envy (details below).  The internal battery no longer charges and I am getting an error message each time I start the computer.  I need to order a replacement battery, but I cannot identify it on the website.  I need detailed information so that I will order the correct replacement battery the first time.  Thank you in advance for any help you can give me.  -- PS

You need  3-cell, 41-WHr, 3.63-WHr, Li-ion battery part # 849314-856 which it not available from HP, you can use part # to buy elsewhere such as Amazon

You can also use  better 3-cell, 61-WHr, 5.36-WHr, Li-ion part # 849315-856    again N/A from HP,  please try Amazon
