You tube says I should be able to charge my laptop with the USB type C port however it's not charging. Please help as I don't have my power cord. Ty.

Welcome to the HP Support Community. I see that you are trying to charge your HP Laptop PC 15-Dw3000 (1A3Y0AV) from the Type C port.
I checked the details of your system and I see that your system doesn't support charging using a Type-C port. You can refer to the same using the link here. Details are on page number 7.
