Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I cant find the right  update  to download for my graphics driver...On HP's website i couldnt find it either but saw the latest versions on intel's website but i couldnt install it due to an error...Please help me fix this so i can use my adobe softwares, thank you.

Hi:

 

If your model has the dual graphics adapters, you won't be able to update the Intel graphics driver.

 

If your model only has the Intel 520 or 620 graphics adapter, let me know, and I will give you the steps to update the driver manually.

Mr Paul please I have an intel UHD 620 and also NVIDIA MX150....thats what i see in my "display adapters"..

Hi:

 

Unfortunately, you won't be able to update the Intel graphics driver to the latest version.

 

See my knowledgebase article at the link below.  There is one person in the comments section that reported updating the Intel graphics driver using my method worked fine, but it caused the Nvidia graphics adapter not to work properly.

 

See the second comment.  It fixed the Adobe message though.
