Hi:

 

Not without replacing the motherboard with one listed in your notebook's service manual that comes with a better processor and graphics.

 

The cost of the motherboard part alone would exceed the cost of buying a new notebook with the processor and graphic you want.

All consumer class notebooks nowadays have processors and graphics that are chips soldered to the motherboard.

 

They haven't made notebooks with removable processors in about 5 years now.

 

The only notebooks where you can upgrade the graphics are the expensive mobile workstations that still have removable graphics cards, and a cheap one of those cost around $2,000 USD.
