Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hello, the USB 3.0 port on my notebook has stopped working. However, it still works with my USB 3.0 Portable Hard Drive and USB 3.0 Flash Drives. When I connect a mouse, keyboard or my phone to this port, it does not work. I also found this in the events tab of USB Root Hub:

When I connect my mouse, I get the Device Descriptor Request Failed error (code 43). I have checked the board for broken solder joints but it all seems intact and the port itself seems fine (not rusty or any bad thing).

Any ideas or thoughts about why this might be happening? I suspect the F29 BIOS update. Please suggest a fix if possible.

Note: All of this happens in Linux as well. Also, I connected a keyboard to this port, went to BIOS and I couldn't switch tabs with the external USB keyboard in BIOS too.

Thanks.
