Hello Good morning, My laptop has problems with USB 3.0 ports, they don't work at all. the Operating System is W10-64Bits. I have made a diagnosis with the HP tool and give me the following error RTU73G-000AAS-MFPX0K-8D4R03. I have decided to buy a (second hand) motherboard and by installing it on the computer, it gives me the same problem. I restored the W8 OS to the original with a recovery pendrive and I continue with the same problems.Can you help me? Thank you.
