Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I recently purchased this 65W Charger for my laptop but it doesn't seem to be working:

 

ZMI zPower Turbo 65W USB-C PD Wall Charger 

 

The charger says it supports 65W Power Delivery. and the specs for my laptop says it supports power delivery.  The charger works when I plug in my phone.

 

Does anyone have any suggestions?

I reviewed your post and I understand that the USB C charger is not powering the laptop.

 

Don’t worry, I assure you I will try my best to get this sorted.

 

Your computer doesn’t support charging the battery or powering the laptop with the USB C port.
