Hi,
I have seen, searched but still had some issues to get my questions asked.
I have an "HP ENVY Laptop - 15-ep0004ns" with Win 10 Pro with the 32 GB RAM and GeForce® GTX 1660 Ti (6 GB GDDR6 dedicated) - this details is to help for indentification of the product.
I have searched on forums and images but I see things that are not on my PC - Shown below
All this is about my USB-C ports or Thunderbolt 3 (??) - have no idea.
I have see on
https://support.hp.com/in-en/product/hp-envy-15-ep0000-laptop-pc-series/32552523/model/34879904/docu...
this:
"2 SuperSpeed USB Type-C® 5Gbps signaling rate (USB Power Delivery, DisplayPort™ 1.4, HP Sleep and Charge);
What does this mean ?"
1. Can I use this USB-C port for audio output? Ex: USB-C headphones - I tryed ones but they are not even detected - I have updated all my drivers from hp, intel, nvidea.
2. Can I connect my HDD to them and get 5Gbps transfer ?
3. Can I use a USB-C hub to get more HDMI outputs or RJ45 or USB 3.1?
I have seen in other HP Envy photos that the USB-C ports have "USB symbol" like this one.
Google Photo (First Image)
And my PC only have this one (second image)

A1. Yes, do you use a compatible accessory ?
A2. Yes BUT it is much depending on your external drive and files/data.
A3. Yes, probably one thing you can NOT do: use USB-C to charge your machine because your machine requires a 200W PSU,
