I have tried to connect an apple watch charger and a docking station and neither will work, i have tested these on other laptops and they both work. I have ran every single hp software diagnosing software(hp hardware diagnostics/hp docks and diplays diagnostics) to see why this port is not working and no issues have been found by your software. I have also ran intels software for seeing if all my drivers are up too date and i have made sure that windows is up to date.

In the device manager i do have these error messages, i have tried to search for a driver and uninstall and disable and re enable these devices with no success. Is there any way i can confirm my usb c port is dead because at this point i think that must be the only possible answer?

Thanks for your assistance.device manager issues.jpg
