Hi there, i have the metal casing of a USB stuck in the port at the back of my new computer.   It is totally stuck!

Hi Helen.

Can you please provide the complete model or product number of the AIO PC for further help. Here is link to HP support page showing how to find it.

Can you explain a little more what you mean. You inserted a USB drive and can not remove it? A part of the USB drive came off and is stuck in the slot? You could also post a couple of pictures so we can have a better idea of the problem. To post pictures click on the small camera icon above.
