Product: Compaq 15-h005ed Notebook PC
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

I installed windows 7 pro due to comptibility problems of an application. Everything is ok exept USB. USB is not working and I also see that the device is not properly installed. See picture.

I searched for the driver but could't find it. Is ther anyone who can help me.

Download and install the W7 x64 AMD chipset driver from the link below and restart the PC.

Thanks. This was the solution. Why can't I find it on the HP site. All other drivers where there.

You're very welcome, Alex.

 

For whatever reason, HP does not include the AMD chipset drivers for any of their AMD models, but for the Intel ones they do.

 

Since I don't work for or represent HP, I have no idea why that is.
