Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hello,

For some time I have the following issue:

The right side USB ports and Headphone jack are not working at all and not detecting devices. I tried reinstalling windows. Now I am using Windows 10 pro, they are still not working, but I noticed that some drivers are missing and I have unknown devices.
Here are they:

1) Microsoft basic display adapter:

This device is not working properly because Windows cannot load the drivers required for this device. (Code 31)

The driver trying to start is not the same as the driver for the POSTed display adapter.
2) Other devices:

- Unknown device: ACPI\VEN_HPIC&DEV_0003

- Unknown device: ACPI\VEN_HPIC&DEV_0004
I tried using the solution from this topic: https://h30434.www3.hp.com/t5/Notebook-Operating-System-and-Recovery/ACPI-VEN-HPQ-amp-DEV-0004-For-W...
It was unsuccessful, because when I tried to install the suggested driver, It was not supported from the OS.

If anybody had the same issue. please help me.

Are the not working usb ports connected to the missing drivers or it is some mechanical problem?

Greetings,

Militsa
