As the title says. Does the USB4 on this model support PCIe? On the spec sheet is says 40Gbps, but that still doesn't say that the port supports the PCIe standard.

 

Also a side question to double confirm: EliteBook 865 G9 has got 2x SODIMM slots right? As the spec sheet mentions (https://www.hp.com/nl-nl/shop/product.aspx?id=6F6F9EA&opt=ABH&sel=NTB). Making sure that there's no mistake as it happens if brands copy laptop SKU specs of other regions.

Sorry but that's not helpful. The site you list is what USB4 can  support; not what is being supported on USB4 host devices (laptops). See: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/USB4#Support_of_data_transfer_modes.
