Hi,
I recently bought a flash drive from amazon(USB 2.0 Flash Drive 64GB v222w) and just after a week it stopped working. The return window for amazon is closed so I have to claim manufacture warranty. But I cannot find where the serial number and product number is to put it in the website(https://support.hp.com/in-en/products/identify/noresults?q=22970&origin=pdp). I've tried many numbers in the package but none of them worked. I also cannot find the product by searching on the hp website. Please guide me on how to claim warranty.

We would have no information on flash drives, as we have no interface with HP Sales, so we can not provide you that information.
Sorry, but we are not permitted to intervene in warranty claims in any way.
