Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

My laptop is infected with Ransomware so I need to factory reset but when I go to recovery manager I can't access the reset option.

Only middle option is accessible, How I can do factory reset. Iam using Windows 7 home basic dual booted with Ubuntu LTS20.

Thanks for your reply But I don't think this was a problem Because : 1. Ubuntu is installed on D Drive not in C.

2. Recovery is present in G drive.

I think default recovery drive is changed from G to something else, Can you help me with that.

Any help would be appreciated.

Factory reset NEEDS all available physical HDD. You have Ubuntu LTS20. on it HDD therefore it failed. Please DELETE Ubuntu LTS20 and merge  its space back to C: Otherwise you have to install Windows 7 yourself, you can't do Factory Restore.
