Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

The instructions on the official website on how to remove the case does not work. Clearly there is a screw in the center as drawn but unable to see and remove!!!! Anyone please help. Thanks.

I don't know which site you are looking at, but your Service Manual  on page 44 clearly states-

 

4. Remove the Mylar screw cover (2).   

 

If you need more help, just ask.
