Hi, I know this is not a new question or thread, but I haven't found a solution yet. I laptop HP elite book 850 G7, plugged in all day. I want to stop the battery charging at 80%. I changed the setting in bios and also installed the Hp power manager but it always shows the battery charging status. In Hp power manager, when I schedule the battery charging then it works and stops the battery charging, but I need every time it charge to 80% and then stop the charging and move to only ac power.
