Hi:

 

I've got a problem with one my drivers it's unknown i looked up the hardware-id, but that didn't make me any more wiser then before, can someone help me? to get the right driver.

 

Hardware-id = ACPI\ELAN8D02\ELAN8D02

Hi:

 

Go to your notebook's support page, download and install the Elan touchpad driver.

Hello, IceKowedd here from netherlands.

 

Had same issue with 2 tera mobile 1416.

This issue can occur with many laptop devices, since the fingerprint is integrated on the motherboard and sometimes it thinks it needs the drivers. Since this model doesn't have a fingerprint are any other model. There are no drivers on the manufacturer website are else so windows are the user (U) can't find any drivers for the fingerprint. 

 

So this issue can't be resolved are the manufacturer ( Terra ) should make one and release it on there website.
