Product: ProBook 450 G3
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi,

When I install a W10 x64 OS on a ProBook 450 G3, there is still 1 unknown device.

All missing devices were installed with the drivers which are on the CD given with the laptop.

 

But there is only this device for which there is no driver on the CD.

The informations given by Windows are:

 

Location : Port_#0007.Hub_#0001

DeviceInstanceId : USB\VID_8087&PID_0A2A\5&2841D97&0&7

Identification number : USB\VID_8087&PID_0A2A&REV_0001

ParentDeviceInstanceId : USB\ROOT_HUB30\4&2cd16432&0&0

 

Any idea?

You need the Intel bluetooth driver for that device...

 

This package contains the driver installation package for the Intel Bluetooth in the supported models running a supported operating systems.
