I wanted to upgrade the ram and maybe storage and microprocessor and wanted to know how and if it was possible

Hi:

 

The only thing you may be able to upgrade is the memory.

 

You would have to replace the 4 GB memory chip with an 8 GB memory chip, because there would be only one memory slot.

 

Below is the link to the service manual. 

 

Open up the notebook first before buying memory  and make sure there is a memory slot with removable memory.

The service manual indicates that models in the series come with onboard (non-removable) memory and some models come with a 4 GB removable memory chip.
