Hi,
I have a HP OMEN 16-B1371TX LAPTOP.
It comes with 2x8 16gb memory stick.
I want to upgrade RAM to 2x16gb.
My question is, do I have to buy a 16gbx2 kit or I can install two 16gb stick separately.
I see in Amazon that 16gb Crucial stick has ₹4,087.26
Also, for Crucial 32GB Kit (2x16gb) has ₹12,850
Can I buy 2 x 16gb single stick?
Thanks

Thanks.
Why 2x16 kit has almost 1.5x price 2 individual sticks? Any advantage with 2x16gb kit?
For individual 16gb sticks, both has to have same parameters right?
Like, Same CAS, and speed (in Mhz). right?
Thanks.

the frequency should be DDR5-4800, compare the kit the benefit is that it complements the dual Channel memory is perfectly, buy different memory makes there is a loss of speed, but as the speed in the memories are given by nanosec, the difference is not detected, unless you use specialized programs to measure the speed of memory.
Anyway, the amazon seller will probably buy 2 memories and they will be the same.
