My laptop specs. :
- Intel® Core™ i7-6500U
- 4 GB DDR4
- AMD Radeon™ R7 M440
- 1 TB
Firstly, I'm asking if my laptop model supports
- Samsung EVO Normal SSD (https://egypt.souq.com/eg-en/samsung-860-evo-500gb-2-5-inch-sata-internal-ssd-mz-76e500b-30568917/i/)
OR - M.2 SSD (https://egypt.souq.com/eg-en/samsung-970-evo-500gb-m-2-2280-pcie-nvme-internal-ssd-mz-v7e500bw-65364...)
Secondly, for the RAM upgrade which one is a better compatible solution for my device :
- Adding another 4 GB to make the total 8 GB (https://egypt.souq.com/eg-en/kingston-4-ddr4ram-for-laptops-kvr26s19s6-4-1561800064/u/)
- Replacing the older 4 GB with a brand new kit of 2X4 GB RAM or only one 8 GB RAM (https://egypt.souq.com/eg-en/kingston-8gb-ddr4-2666-mhz-sodimm-laptop-memory-module-1519800064/u/) ?
Thanks in advance.

Thank you for posting on the HP Support Community.
After reading your post, I did go through the Product specifications of your product and found that your computer supports M.2 SATA-3 SSD and supports up to 8 GB of system RAM. Refer to 2 Chapter 1 Product description.

@Echo_Lake Very well, but for the RAM upgrade should I replace my old one with a new one 8 GB Kit of Ram or new two 4 GB Kits of Ram?
or just add another 4 GB kit with the old one already exists on my laptop?
Thank you for your care
