Hp probook 4540s
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi I have a laptop probook 4540s I have a Samsung ram card 4gb/ddr3/2R*8 pc3-12800s-11-11-F3 I want to upgrade to 8 GB I bought a used RAM brand MICRON This information is written on it 4gb/2r*8/ pc3L-12800S-11-11-FP ......

But when I added it to the computer, a blue screen appears intermittently, then the computer turns off and starts working again with the same screen. When I removed it and left the Samsung chip alone, the computer started working. After that, I removed the Samsung and turned on the Micron. The computer does not want to work. I also cleaned it and cleaned the ports and changed the ports to no avail. I upgraded the BIOS version to no avail. Thank you Very much1726444011913.jpg1726444011921.jpg1726444177223.jpg

@Rachidov92

As you can see, it does NOT work with other brand NOT Samsung, why NOT buy Samsung RAM.

My story: I bought Crucial RAM for my machine, Crucial said fully guarantee but it đid not work, I had to use HP part # (actually Samsung) to buy from Amazon and bingo.

Regards.
