Hi All,

I've a envy x360-15-cn0007nx laptop with two ram slots 8gb each; I need to upgrade them to 16gb each but I don't know the exact type that fits in (DDR2/3/4 etc.) and I need your help please.

Its specs

It has   16 GB DDR4-2400 SDRAM (1 x 16 GB) now. You can add SAME 16GB to slot 2 to have total 32GB.

 

I don't know why you only see two ram slots 8gb each. If that was the case, please use

Mine has actually two rams 8gb each but it's the same model you sent so I guess it will work 🙂
