Hi All,

I've a envy x360-15-cn0007nx laptop with two ram slots 8gb each; I need to upgrade them to 16gb each but I don't know the exact type that fits in (DDR2/3/4 etc.) and I need your help please.

Its specs

It has   16 GB DDR4-2400 SDRAM (1 x 16 GB) now. You can add SAME 16GB to slot 2 to have total 32GB.

 

I don't know why you only see two ram slots 8gb each. If that was the case, please use
