I purchased an X360 a few months ago and need to upload some files from a Micro SD Card. I was surprised to find I do not seem to have an SD Card adaptor and wonder whether it is possible to add them. There seems to be two unused ports on the right hand side of the laptop.

Welcome to the HP Support Community!
You will not be able to install an SD card reader on the computer. However, I recommend you use a USB SD card reader to copy the data from the SD card to your computer. The USB card reader connects to the USB port externally and works exactly like an internal SD card reader.
