Hello community,
Please help in upgrade my HP ProBook 455 G2 laptop existing RAM. Existing RAM is 4 GB of amount and i would like add additional size but can find supportable. i purchased samsung branded one with same ghz but system did not boot up after, sad it is not supported one.
Please help me to buy suitable.

Hi:
That is the one that the report lists as compatible so if you don't have to pay too much to have it shipped to Georgia, that should work just fine.
You can have a 4 + an 8 GB memory module but the memory will only run in the lower performing single channel mode.
In order for the memory to run in the higher performing dual channel mode, you need to install the memory in matching capacities (2 x 4 GB, 2 x 8 GB).
But if you plan on maxing out the memory one day to 16 GB, get the 8 GB chip now.

You're very welcome.
Yes, the Crucial memory is the best to go with. It usually works all the time.
You would only be able to buy the 8 GB memory part number listed in your notebook's service manual from HP, and it would be very expensive.
