Your notebook comes with an Intel Core i7-10750H processor which supports PCIe revision 3.0 (gen 3).

Intel® Core™ i7-10750H Processor

 

If you install an M.2 NVMe gen4 SSD, it'll run around the reduced gen3 speeds.
