Since your Notebook supports Dual storage Configurations, here is a list of Hard drives and it's configurations as per the Service Guide

HP cannot guarantee the performance or functionality of other Hard drives since they have not been tested with this Model

Thank you 😊

is supported 2nd SSD or not

No you cannot add an additional SSD because there are One M.2 slot for the existing solid-state drive and One M.2 slot for WLAN . So both M.2 Slots are occupied

I don't want install in m.2 port, I want to install in SATA SSD port (Samsung 860 Pro 1TB 2.5 inch SATA III Internal Solid State Drive(MZ-76P1T0BW)) replace of SATA HDD

SATA III specifications provide backward compatibility to function on SATA I and SATA II ports. However, the maximum speed of the drive will be slower due to the lower speed limitations of the port.

Which means you can install it on your Notebook and remove the existing SATA Hard drive but you might not be able to experience the real SSD speed
