Ive run out of space on my omen laptop and am needed to upgrade my storage. I checked my about pc and I have 16GB of Ram atm. Im not sure if I have an SSD or HDD but I never added anything so if it didnt come standard chances are I do not. What am I needing to upgrade it? Do I upgrade the RAM or the SSD or both. If both can I do them one at a time and in which order? Thank you in advance for your help 😃

According to the parts list, your notebook has two drives...a 1 TB 2.5" mechanical hard drive and a 512 GB M.2 NVMe SSD.
If you want to upgrade the NVMe SSD, you can install one having a larger storage capacity.
If the 2.5" drive is getting full, you can install one of those as well having a larger capacity.
Your notebook supports 2 x 16 GB of memory.
Upgrading the memory will help performance somewhat but will do nothing to increase disk storage.
See chapter 1 of the service manual for the memory upgrade information.

Your machine is a sister of my machine, my machine has (pre-built) 256GB of NMVe SSD + 1TB 2.5" HDD . As @Paul_Tikkanen mentioned above your machine is better than mine in terms of storage but my machine is better with full 32GB of RAM. RAM on my machine is from Samsung
By the way, the specs of your machine is
You only need to add 16GB to the second slot. I also see my machine has better GTX
